Coordinating academic operations
At IPAC and MBway, I coordinated programmes from induction through to examinations: schedules, lecturers, student services, events and certifications.
The story
I prepared rooms, timetables and the information needed for courses to start smoothly, while coordinating lecturers and keeping students and internal teams informed.
I monitored student life and academic deadlines from BTS programmes to Master's level, and organised written and oral examinations, resits, TOEIC and TOSA certifications.
When the MBway team was reorganised, I maintained continuity for almost three months for approximately 200 Master's-level students, then trained the new coordinator and handed over procedures, deadlines and programme knowledge.
What I take from it
A complex operation secured through coordination, careful follow-up and a structured handover without interruption to service.
